After you have integrated the epoq tracking file into your online shop, you can take additional measures.
If required, an additional parameter must be set:

The customer ID has to be anonymous. Please do not provide us with email addresses or other personal data.
The Customer ID is optional and must be precise.
The script snippet has to be inserted before the epoq flow file.

A unique customer number can be transferred as soon as it is known - i.e. the customer has authenticated himself to the shop (e.g. by login when ordering, new registration, cookie). If the customer number is not known, the parameter can be transferred empty or omitted completely. |
The customer ID parameter can be available in many different formats on the page of your online shop and may need to be converted into a unique string representation for epoq tracking.
