Catalog File Integration

This documentation is for integrating catalog files with our system. This guide will walk you through the different methods available for providing catalog files, including URL mode and FTP upload.

URL Mode Integration (HTTP(S), S3, FTP(S))

In URL mode, you can provide a URL pointing to your catalog file hosted on HTTP(S), S3, or FTP(S) servers. Here's how you can set it up:

  1. You need to host your catalog file on a server accessible via HTTP(S), S3, or FTP(S).
  2. Provide us with the URL to your catalog file along with any necessary credentials for accessing the file.
  3. We will fetch the catalog file from the provided URL at regular intervals (as often as possible) as defined with you during setup.

FTP Upload Integration

In FTP upload mode, you can directly upload your catalog file to our FTP server. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Request FTP credentials from us.
  2. Use an FTP client to connect to our FTP server using the provided credentials.
  3. Upload your catalog file to the designated directory on our FTP server.
  4. We will process the uploaded catalog file from our server.

We recommend that you automate this upload process to reduce workload and ensure regular uploads.

That's it! You can choose the method that best suits your needs for providing catalog files to our system. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us.
